#1 Position 4' ladders at front & back of de-palletizer

#2 Ensure that there is a pallet of bottles in the de-pal

#3 Remove shrink wrap from bottles on depal conveyor

#4 Place broom & dust pan (w/orange tape) by the de-pal

#5 Ensure blue recycling can is located beneath Down Bottle Ejector

#6 Put walkie-talkie and pen on de-pal stool

#7 Place blue pallet hook on depal railing

#8 Prior to start of run turn on de-pal compressed air

Unload all packaging/empty kegs off of the truck

Bring down labels from Label Room

If bottling two beers, put labels for second run in Storage Room

#1 Ensure today's date is on the date stampers

#2 Position Yellow pallet jack and pallet at packoff

#3 Ensure spare tape roll in place for Slitter-Sealer

#4 Ensure tape rollers and cutter are clean and free of tape debris

#1 Bring cases of caps to table by capper hopper for a total of 4

#2 Check that all drip pans are in the correct position and have proper overlap

#3 Ensure drip pan buckets are in place

#4 Load cases onto Case Packer case infeed conveyor (4 dump cases go on first)

#5 Place 3 clean rags at table by Checkmat

#6 Verify 6 empty shorty cases at table by Checkmat
-
#7 Verify trash can in place by Labeler and blue recycling and trash cans in place by CheckMat
-
#8 Ensure a pallet jack is under next pallet
