#2 Cover bottle pallet remaining on De-Pal w/ slip sheet

#3 Turn off compressed air to Down Bottle Ejector

#4 Put bottle pallet ID labels on Line Operator's clip board

#5 Cover bottles on conveyor with shrink film

#6 Return ladders to boiler room

#7 Clean off De-Palletizer Grippers

#8 Sweep operator's platform

#9 Check for and remove debris on de-pal storage rack

#10 Wipe down DePalletizer and control panel with Simple Green

#11 Vacuum inside of DePalletizer

#12 Dump first 4 cases

#13 Mop DePalletizer operator's platform

Take six-packs to library - 1 cold, 1 warm

Clean change parts with DART-444 and place on Change Parts Cart

Return any unused labels to Label Room

Take 6-pack holders to label room

#1 Sweep up debris around pallet stacks

#2 Sweep around and under Slitter/Sealer

#2 Sweep around and under Depal

#4 Clean off Slitter/Sealer tape cutter teeth (Caution, the blade is very sharp)

#1 Take all shorties to walk-in cooler

#2 Take empty cases to TR

#3 Check and clear case packer of all bottles, labels, etc.

#4 Visually check no bottles in Filler reject tray

#5 Visually check no down bottles in Case Packer infeed

#6 Clean bottom of Case Packer Product Brakes with Isopropyl Alcoholi

#7 Wipe down bottling scales and table w/ Simple Green

#8 Wipe down Case Packer conveyer w/ Simple Green

#9 Wipe down Crown Cap hopper w/ Simple Green

#10 Wipe down Labeler carousel and base with Simple Green

#11 Vacuum out Labeler of any broken glass if necessary

#12 Sweep under case packer, remove debris from conveyor

#13 Wipe off exterior of plexiglass shield at Case Loader exit

#14 Clean Drip pans with Dart 444 hand pump then rinse

#15 Empty and rinse Case Packer drain bucket

#1 Mop Front and back of Filler (including by lube station)

#2 Mop under/around all bottle conveyors

#3 Mop Around Case Packer

#4 Return brooms, mops, etc to storage location

#5 Dump Bottling Line Trash and Recycling cans then rinse out with hose and return to line

#6 Final walk through, remove rags and misc. items
